At Ella's Threads, every item is made with love and care. Because our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at ellasthreads1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Personalised Items As all of our products are made to order and personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personalisation errors made by the customer. Please double-check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
Non-Personalised Items If you have purchased a non-personalised item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt in its original, unworn condition. Please contact us at ellasthreads1@gmail.com before returning any item.
