SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All Ella's Threads items are handmade to order. We aim to create and dispatch your order within 2–3 working days, though during busy periods (such as holidays or peak gifting seasons) this may extend to 1–2 weeks. You will receive a dispatch notification once your order is on its way.

UK Delivery We offer Standard and Express delivery options within the United Kingdom, including BFPO addresses. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch.

European Union Delivery We ship to EU countries. Please be aware that since Brexit, orders delivered to EU countries may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
